Buying from several suppliers in China for delivery to Kazakhstan? Xinya Freight provides FTL, LTL and project-cargo solutions to Almaty, Astana and other confirmed destinations. Start with each consignment’s ready date and delivery requirements so collection and dispatch can be planned together.

List the collection location, package count, weight, dimensions, packaging and ready date for each supplier. If goods become ready at different times, identify what can wait for consolidation and what needs separate delivery. Confirm any waiting, storage and split-dispatch costs in the proposal. Use a consistent cargo list to reconcile the different consignments at handover.
Supplier or consignment reference | collection city/address | cargo and packaging | package count | gross weight with unit | packaged length × width × height with unit | stackable or not | ready date | can wait for consolidation: yes/no | final destination.
Use supplier references where possible. Confirm receiving instructions before asking suppliers to deliver cargo to a collection point.
Cargo collection can be coordinated through Yiwu, Guangzhou and Wenxian, Henan; Yiwu includes a sorting centre. Share each supplier’s collection location, cargo list and ready date before the receiving point, handover method and receiving arrangements are agreed. Acceptance conditions vary by receiving point and shipment.
Full Truckload (FTL) suits shipments requiring a dedicated vehicle. Less-than-Truckload (LTL) can be assessed for consolidation with compatible freight. Total volume, weight, packaging, compatibility and destination affect both options. Supply the final address in Almaty or Astana; other locations and onward distribution are confirmed separately.
For a like-for-like assessment, use the same supplier list, packaged measurements, ready dates and final address for both options. Identify goods that can wait for consolidation and goods that need separate dispatch. Mark whether packages can be stacked and note any handling restrictions. A dedicated vehicle or consolidation with compatible freight is assessed against the shipment; weight alone does not decide the service.
Chemicals, dangerous goods and oversized or heavy cargo require individual assessment. Provide the cargo name, packaging, package count, weight, dimensions and handling requirements. For chemicals and dangerous goods, add the SDS, UN number and dangerous-goods class where applicable; for project equipment, add photographs or drawings. Acceptance depends on the route, vehicle and specific arrangements.
FTL/LTL suitability, door-to-door or warehouse-to-warehouse scope, dispatch, estimated transit, customs coordination, tracking updates, insurance and final delivery are confirmed in the shipment proposal. Check which services are included or excluded and who is responsible for handling and documents. Charges depend on the cargo, route and agreed services.
For Yiwu cargo consolidation to Almaty or Astana, list each supplier’s ready date and the packaged weight and dimensions. Use the same final address when comparing FTL and LTL, and ask whether collection, consolidation waiting and final delivery are included or charged separately. Agree whether the time estimate starts at supplier collection, receipt at the collection point or vehicle dispatch, and where it ends. Cargo readiness alone does not confirm departure. Read the dispatch and delivery planning guide.
Compare proposals against the same cargo list and delivery scope. For each item, record whether it is included, quoted separately or still to be confirmed, and who arranges it. An unanswered item should not be treated as included. Confirm the quote currency, validity and any conditions that could change the final charge.
Before accepting a proposal, confirm the contracting party, responsibility for each handover, how documents will be exchanged and how shipment updates will be provided.
Use the seven-point checklist to compare road freight providers.
For a cooperation enquiry, state your company, country, route, cargo types and the operations you need in China. Identify who will arrange supplier collection, consolidation, documents, the cross-border road leg and destination handover. Xinya can discuss collection through Yiwu, Guangzhou or Wenxian, Henan, within the agreed shipment scope. Receiving instructions and commercial terms require confirmation before cargo is sent.
Send your customer type, origin or collection location, final destination, cargo description, package count, weight, dimensions of each package, cargo-ready date and contact details. State weight in kg or tonnes and dimensions in cm or metres; mark information that is still pending. The shipment is assessed against its cargo and delivery requirements. Complete information does not constitute acceptance for transport.
Yes. List the ready date, package count, weight and dimensions at each location so consolidation or separate dispatch can be assessed and priced.
This depends on the final address and agreed service. Share unloading conditions and required delivery timing, and check the door-to-door or warehouse-to-warehouse scope and any additional charges.
Yes. Keep the cargo list, packaged measurements, ready dates and destination the same, and identify any different collection, waiting or delivery requirements. Both options remain subject to suitability and availability.
Identify which consignments may wait and which need separate dispatch. Confirm the effect on storage, collection, departure planning and charges before choosing the arrangement.
