When cargo, routing or delivery conditions require a tailored approach, provide the details first so transport and handling can be assessed. Xinya Freight’s core road freight directions connect China with Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. Special cargo, project shipments and other routes are assessed individually.
For irregular equipment, large tyres, drum-packed cargo and other unusual loads, provide the exact cargo name, purpose, packaging, package count, weight, dimensions and handling requirements. Packaging does not replace a description of the contents. Vehicle selection, consolidation suitability, handover and operating conditions depend on the actual cargo.
For chemicals, provide the exact product, characteristics, packaging and quantity, together with available safety data sheets (SDS) and other applicable information. For dangerous goods, identify the classification and provide UN numbers, hazard classes and available supporting details where applicable. A product name alone does not establish its hazard status. Acceptance requires assessment of the information, route and specific arrangements.
For oversized cargo, provide each item’s weight, packed length, width and height, photographs or drawings, and collection and delivery conditions. For project equipment and engineering materials, identify the main units, accessories, readiness dates and any phased delivery needs. Vehicles, routing, handling and any dismantling or reinforcement requirements are assessed for the shipment. An individual project’s dimensions do not establish a capacity limit applicable to every route.
Provide the original shipping country, final destination, proposed China entry point, current cargo location and status in China, with any cargo lists and documents already available. Transit feasibility, handover between stages and operating responsibilities require individual confirmation based on the cargo, route and arrangements. Submitting details does not confirm transit or acceptance.
These requests are assessed using the specific origin, final address, cargo and operating conditions. Route availability, acceptance scope, connections and service responsibilities are determined in the shipment proposal. Dispatch and estimated transit are discussed during planning.
Collection in China can be coordinated through Yiwu, Guangzhou and Wenxian, Henan, subject to cargo-specific receiving conditions. FTL (Full Truckload), LTL (Less-than-Truckload), storage, customs coordination, status updates, insurance and final delivery are assessed as needed. The quotation should identify included and excluded services, charges and responsibilities.
Provide customer type, origin, final address, cargo details, ready date and contact information; mark unknown details as pending. Review the listed road freight directions and send requirements through custom transport and partnership enquiries or email eason@xinyafreight.com.
